As a physician with the US Army at the end of the "Cold War" and into the beginning of "The Forever Wars" I have experienced military service in a way most physicians or other medical providers have not.
Later, after years in the private practice of medicine, I began a career with the Veterans Administration, serving in both clinical and Compensation and Pension positions.
I stand ready to continue to serve using that extensive experience to provide medical consultation for veterans seeking fair compensation for their injuries and illnesses caused by their service.
The initial consultation is without charge. I will review your case with you to determine how I might contribute to your successful claims process.
If we agree to work together, fees will vary from pro bono (no cost) to modest hourly fees. No veteran should hesitate to contact me for lack of financial resources to pay for services. As may be needed, provisions can be made for alternate payment options.
1. Supporting medical opinions
2. Second opinion medical examinations using VA DBQ forms
3. Second opinion/rebuttal to opinions used to deny benefits
4. Guidance for medical evaluations through personal care providers to help clarify medical conditions that may represent the "Medically Unexplained Chronic Multisystem Illnesses" or other potentially service connectable conditions that require further medical evaluation for a successful claim
Disclaimer: I am licensed to practice medicine in the State of Idaho but at this time I am not providing clinical services.
